Sun., March 25: Chestnut Seeds

chestnut seeds Sun., March 25, at 1 p.m.  Twenty to twenty-five volunteers will plant 450 seeds at the Central Maryland Research & Education Center (CMREC). The orchard is located at 4240 Folly Quarter Rd, Ellicott City, MD. The project should take about two hours.

“Thank you for volunteering. Your past efforts are producing great results in our orchards as you can see from a picture of the trees planted just a year ago!” said Dave Gill, CMREC Orchard Steward.
