Plant Sale Set for May 18

The Carroll County Master Gardener Plant Sale will be held Saturday, May 18, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Extension Office, 700 Agriculture Center Dr., Westminster, Maryland.

The sale features a wide variety of perennial and annual plants including native plants. Vegetable plants including heirloom plants also will be sold.

There will also be a garden flea market. It will offer gently used tools and other gardening items.

Shoppers are encouraged to arrive early; plants sell out quickly. Volunteers will be available to assist with loading plants. Cash and checks are accepted (but credit cards are not).
